Large rooms, vaulted ceilings, beautiful maple floors, elegant furniture, high quality linens and towels, and interesting artwork are just some of the features of Freshwater Inn.

Each room has a beautiful view of Freshwater Bay and it’s own veranda with a bistro table for enjoying some quiet time outdoors. Extra touches like claw-foot tubs, televisions with VCRs, room darkening draperies and spa toiletries invite you to stay a while longer.

Low Season (from October 16th to November 30th)
High season (from May 1st to October 15th)

The largest room with clothing armoire, queen size sleigh bed, sofa-bed, large dresser and mirror, warmly decorated with olive walls and neutral linens. Wheelchair accessible.

The most intimate room with a hand-painted four post bed, clothing armoire and Newfoundland sofa. Luxuriously decorated in reds and golds.

Additional Guests:

There is a charge of $15 a night for each additional guest over 15 years old.

Longer stays:

There is a 15% discount on stays of 4 days or longer.

Reservations and Cancellations:

A deposit of $50.00/night is required when reserving a room. We accept Visa, Mastercard and personal cheques.

If you need to cancel your reservation, your deposit, less a $25 service charge will be refunded to you. Should you need to cancel within 7 days of your arrival and we are unable to re-book your room, one night’s rate less your deposit will be charged to your credit card. The same applies for early departures.

Checkin/out:

Check in is at 3:00 p.m.; check out is at 11:00 a.m.

Late arrivals:

If you will be arriving after 8:00 p.m., please let us know.

Smoking and Pets are not allowed in rooms.
